Did anything ever come of that site someone was checking interest on about the career training program in the lower numbered districts?

Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in an X-Men site in which the basic plot is the X-Men are a government-approved agency with different departments. the XSE acts as the board of directors, X-Factor acts as an investigative detective department, X-Force a swat team and X-Haven a school and social service. Kind of like Law and Order meets X-Men.
