We will not longer be answering “how many items are in the queue” posts in our askbox. They have been asked far too often and are flooding the dash of our followers. If you truly need to know, you can ask in the cbox. However, if you haven’t broken the rules, your submission will be in our queue. Our queue typically has anywhere from 15-30+ items at a time and we have many followers that submit regularly, so be as patient as possible. Thank you.

hey guys! we recently realized that we’re a little low on help nowadays, so it’s time again for another ATR staff search. we’re looking for two extra admins who are willing to help us add submissions to our queue, suggest ideas on making ATR a better place, and possibly help us out with a revamped theme in the near future.
we ask everyone who applies to please be an active member of the tumblr community. you need to be logging onto tumblr every day because we are usually always getting submissions.
if you’re interested in helping us out, all we need is you to submit an application (not an ask) with the following information:
- your alias.
- how long you’ve been roleplaying.
- how long you’ve been on tumblr.
- any examples of graphics that you may have.
- staffing experience.
- contact information (email, messengers, etc).
- anything else involving roleplaying! we want to know more about what you love about it, what you hate about it, and what you’d like to do to make the invisionfree community a better place. we’d also like to know a little more about you. this doesn’t need to be long, just tell us what you’d like us to know!

hey guys! we’ve noticed an awful lot of people putting site requests in our ask box. these requests are usually pretty specific, and a lot of the time we don’t have any links to give out because we don’t know about all the sites out there. if you have any suggestions on how we can improve on site requests, please leave a message in our ask box. any feedback is appreciated.
HEY GUYS!
From now on, please only submit advertisements when your site has undergone major changes (activity check, new skin, general revamp, important updates, etc.). We have people submitting more than once a week, and we don’t want it to get out of hand.
As for site buzz - try and keep your submissions to a minimum. If you have a site buzz tumblr specifically for your site, it isn’t necessary to submit everything to ATR. Just link to your site’s tumblr, and anybody who is interested in receiving updates on your upcoming site will follow.

A FEW REMINDERS:
- ATR does not accept ads for proboards, tumblr roleplays, MSN/AIM rps, livejournal, or anything other than forums using the invision software.
- you need to attach a link to your submissions, or nobody will be able to find your site!
- please try and limit your submissions. if you have a site buzz tumblr, there’s no reason to submit every site update you’re putting up on tumblr. advertise the site tumblr itself, and if people are interested, they’ll check it out and follow for updates. we’re also seeing people submit multiple advertisements each week, and we’d really prefer you only submit your ads when your site has gone under a major update.

3 THINGS!
- Submissions with a lot of html and bbc coding will be deleted. Remember, that type of coding doesn’t work on tumblr and if we have to go through and piece together your submission, we’ll probably end up deleting it!
- Make sure to include a link somewhere in your submission. We suggest everybody add an extra link somewhere in your post just in case the click through option doesn’t work.
- Please don’t submit your site’s canons. If somebody on your site is currently requesting one, then go ahead. However, please don’t use the character request tag as extra advertising space.

we took out any sites that had gone inactive. if you’d like your site to be re-added, or you’d just like to take this chance to affiliate with us, feel free to submit your buttons! make sure you have atr’s on your site beforehand!
AFTER SOME DISCUSSION, ATR WILL NOW ACCEPT ALL ADS TO JCINK BOARDS AND OTHER FORUM HOSTS THAT ARE SIMILAR TO INVISIONFREE.
YOUR SUBMISSION MAY BE DELETED IF:
- you forgot a link! after a lot of people forgetting to add a link somewhere when submitting their ad, site buzz, or character request, we have decided to simply delete the submission if there isn’t some sort of link back to your site or site buzz tumblr.
- if it isn’t an invisionfree board.
- there are large amounts of bbc code or dohtml. a lot of the coding will not work on tumblr and if we have to remove a lot of it from your post - chances are we’re going to delete the submission.
- if you’re submitting way too much! it’s not necessary to submit your ad more than once every few weeks! unless your site has gone through some sort of major update or has been open for a certain amount of time, try and cool it with how many times you’re submitting it.
HEY GUYS!
Please remember that ATR is meant for invisionfree roleplays. We’ve been letting a few sites slide lately as long as the software is similar to IF, but that’s a bit unfair for any sites based on forum hosts such as proboards.
Our affiliate RP buzz allows sites that aren’t IF to advertise, request characters, etc. so we suggest you go there for any non-IF advertising for now!
