This 51st century male character is for my Rogue Time Agent, Mara Evans. Call him a foil, a double agent, or the one that changes everything. Basically, he’s going to join with the Rogue Time Agency, and will partner some with Mara on missions or in recruiting. Their relationship is going to be a bit… tumultuous at best. Despite that, they’ll develop feelings for each other. Of course, neither are the type to actually admit that it’s anything more than physical, but it’s there, at least for Mara. Whether or not the Man returns the feelings for her is going to be up to you. He at least likes her on that physical level, but that’s kind of usual for fifty-first century humans, isn’t it? But he certainly doesn’t plan on falling for her, anymore than she did him.
Unlike Mara, though, the Man is under orders. He works for the regular Time Agency and has been ordered to get close in order to report on the Rogues’ doings. Mara’s apparently not the only double-agent around (as she has infiltrated one of the site’s Torchwood bases, working as “Jayna Davis,” Global Relations). The Man manages to hide his own true identity from her, despite how clever she considers herself. There’s one more major thing - which may be a deal-breaker for you, because it’s pretty massive - that the requesting member will discuss if you get in contact about him!
