Requirements: 
1) BE ACTIVE! - I can not stress this enough. I can’t always be on every day, so I need someone who will be on just as often as I am if not more. 

2) BE FRIENDLY- and by friendly I mean I want someone who isn’t judgmental at all. With it being a slash site, clearly you have to be okay with LGBTQ themes. I want someone who will say hello to guests, chat with members and be willing to talk off of the site! After all, RP is not just about your characters having friends and relationships. I want an Admin that I can bond with and create a friendship with. 

3)CODING- I am AWFULLLLLLLL at skins and the like, so I would really like someone who can help keep the site looking its best!

4) ADVERTISING - another thing I am awful at. While I am usually able to keep up with the FL and LB’s I have never been good with site promotion. I’ve already got a tumblr set up to try and help create site buzz, but I’m not even doing to well with that. So if you are good at this, that would be a SUPER plus. 

5) 18 OR OVER - WIGALS will be a mature site, and with that said, I will require my staff to be at least 18 years old if not older. 

Anything else?: The site is still being set up, so i’m going to need someone to help finish with that!  Since it isn’t complete all of the way, you will be welcome to help figure out what else needs to be done, canons, story basically everything! I want this to be a colab as much as possible and not just bringing someone in to help run stuff.
