ORACLE/BARBARA GORDON 30-35 years old, suggested pb Kate Mara, existing relationships with Calliope Cain and Bryce Wayne

Oracle is the one who initially found Cal Cain and spent the most time rehabilitating her and teaching her how to speak. She works for the FBI and is the one who got Cal her job and is head of Cal’s team. She’s extremely good with computers and is paralyzed from the waist down. I don’t have specifics on her relationship with Bryce Wayne, so you’ll have to talk that through with Jay.

River Song (on site, Reka Song) needs her doctor! Yes? Yes. Thus, I’m looking for the spirit of the Doctor from Doctor Who. 

Reka was born in Russia to American parents, but stolen right from under their noses and then raised in a very violent household. She was taught how to shoot a gun at ten and could hold her own in any fight before then. Basically, the way I had it in my app, whoever the doctor is, he’s a politician of sorts. He could be a senator, house of reps, my guess is that whatever he does, it has a nationwide impact, because Reka’s parents were convinced that he could cause the end of the world. He’d have to do something where he has major influence. Anyways, with that in mind, they sent Reka over to take care of him, and she had the job almost done and, at the last minute, realized she couldn’t do it. Rather than leaving him to die, she called for help and, as a result, ended up in jail herself. She was there for a few years. Now, my guess is that the doctor visit her in jail a few times and they started forming some sort of relationship and, before her time was up, he pulled some strings and had her released, at which point, she went to school, became an archaeologist, and started traveling the world. Now, the problem is that, since he’s a politician of sorts, he travels to, so their time in Milwaukee doesn’t always overlap and, in fact, usually doesn’t. But when they do get together, he asks for her advice on parts of his job, that sort of thing, and occasionally he comes out on adventures with her around the world. I’d love for them to eventually get married at some point because River and the doctor equals awesome :3 ANYWAYS playby and age are completely open. So have at it!
